To maintain our high academic standard, the school employs qualified, certified and experienced teachers, ranging from NCE, BSc, BEd, MSC, MEd and so on. Other members of staff includes administrative staff, drivers, care givers, cleaners and security men. The school has over 40 dedicated members of staff on it's payroll.

The Management Staff headed by the Head teacher carry out the day-to-day running of the school.

In order to ensure continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our staff, the school employs a system of internal and external trainings and supervision for guidance, assistance and support.
